Where to begin? As these were some hectic days of diving, and the sites were quite similar, we decided to group log these dives. We arrived Lembeh Resort, after an early flight from Denpasar via Udjung Pandang, around 3pm the 6th. Stil recovering from our ear problems in Komodo/Bali, we decided not to do a check dive the first day. So we geared up on the morning the 7th instead.
If you like makro dive/muck-diving - then this is the place! We have all the sites we went to somewhere, but it really does not matter, they were more or less the same. We can't remember what we saw where – hence the group logging. To bad for Eva she again got severe ear problems and could only do 2 1/2 days of diving. We planned the trip so we should get 4 days of full diving, and then one deco-night in Manado. I've already promised Eva we would come back to this place to take revench! Next time we will for sure stay 10 days. We loved it and want more.
So many new things we saw. Juvenil pygme cuttlefish, the famous frogfish in many various looks, bobcat worm etc etc etc. You can view a full album HERE. The visibility of course is not that good. Some sites are mainly sand, and some have some coral and walls. But they all have a lot of life. Our first day we did 4 dives including a night dive, and it was probably the best nightdive ever. Some many critters, so much to see. Bring your cameras!
The days went fast, espec a Eva could not dive all days, wich was a shme. She got to see many things and take many nice photos, but want more of course. As we now had back to home, we hope to see a lot of these lovely criters around Dauin.
Till we met again.
A bien tout.

This site must be one of the best, and most diverse sites, in the world. You can dive it at many different times during the day, depending on the tide and current, and it will be a complete different dive site. This dive we only dove the north side. Napoleon fish, turtles, lionfishes and lots and lots of coral and life. Super strong current at the surface and 10 meters of the small rock that is current city, but below sheltered on the north side.We like. We return?

"Safe side of current city". Two turtles, nice driftdive, but still to much small stuff in the water that makes the visibility not so good. For photos anyways. After the dive when we're entering the boat, a humb back breaches about 200meters away from us. We hopp onto the dinge and "chase" them. We get as close as 50 meters, see at least two of them, but then they dissaper into the strong current. Rememberble though.

Action! Current. GPS point is a small "rock" with a pinacle that stays 5 meters below the surface, in the middle of nowhere. The spot attracts sharks, big schools of barracuda, dog tooth tuna, stone fish, jacks etc etc. A lot of action one could easily say. As we move up towards the top of the pilar there are huge schools of smaller fish, murray eals, lion fish, more current. A really nice dive spot.

Manyang wall means Nudibranch wall. It started of at around 27meters with a big school of humphead parrotfish. And the middle of the dive we spent at around 22-23meters looking at MANY different nudies. Nudie heaven. Mr & Mrs in their new suits.
Boarded Komodo Plus (Nusa Tura) liveabord yesterday. This morning was our first dive. Take away the first-dive-feeling, and the fact that Daniels mask was foggy like Lützen, the dive was excellent!
Black sandy bottom that was home to many many macro critters. Some new nudies that we did not know even excisted. Tiny crabs with blue hairy legs! A giant murrey eal that looked at least 100 years old. "No current" said our DM. If this was "no" current, I wounder how strong it will be when he think it is current...
Anyways. Breakfast when wecame up. Now a few hours rest, then dive. then lunch. then dive...we like liveaboard. We like Komodo national park so far.

Glad we brought the macros...Anyways. A good dive. We come up to surface. Strong wind. Go for lunch.
Men...

Sedan Palau. Då blir man ej besviken utan extremt glad och nöjd. För det är klasskillnad.
Clowner finns det gott om.
Om man vill kan man gå närmare.
Graciösa så iden stannar.
Yap Manta ray bay hotel.
Grym sikt, massa koraller. Men "inget" liv.

Tre mantor. Nu börjar det bli riktigt coolt. After all så simmar de inte bara runtar utan loooopar. Runt , runt, runt. Fyra mantor...
Man tackar. We´ll be back.

Koraller, koraller, koraller. Vilka landskap! Grymt bra sikt under alla dyk.

Helt ok sikt.
Clownfish under snorkelturen.

Allt... Skev jag allt?

Myspys under ytan runt Gato Island
Swimthroughs. Whitetiphajar.
